good room size but could use better toiletries
The room was spacious, accommodating 4 adults comfortably. I appreciated the presence of a mini fridge and microwave for our convenience. The continental breakfast was consistently delicious with a variety each morning. The friendly housekeeping staff enhanced our experience with their kindness.
The toiletries provided were quite basic and could benefit from higher quality options.

I loved having a comfy bed and the convenience of a sofa bed in my spacious room during my stay. The hotel had a nice pool that was perfect for a quick dip and a great fitness center for some workouts. The only minor hiccup was a bit of noise from housekeeping early in the morning, but it didn’t ruin my overall experience. 😊

The hotel offered a spacious room convenient for our family of four, and the breakfast was impressive with diverse options. However, we faced issues with plumbing during our stay, and communication with the front desk regarding shuttle service was disappointing, as it was unavailable despite prior assurances. Overall, a good place for families but with areas for improvement.

Check-in went smoothly and the staff were friendly. The room was spacious and clean, which I loved. It came with a mini kitchen and lots of space to relax. I had a good night’s sleep on the comfortable beds. Breakfast options were decent, and one staff member, Lidia, provided excellent service. However, the pillows were a huge letdown. They were really uncomfortable and made it hard to sleep well. I even woke up with a migraine. I’ve stayed in other hotels that offer a variety of pillow options, and this place could definitely improve in that area. Also, there was a strange issue with the water pressure during peak morning usage. Overall, there were some highs and lows, but I'd consider coming back if I brought my own pillow.

I found the hotel to be elegantly decorated, with easy access to amenities, making it very accommodating for seniors like myself. The staff were courteous and always ready to assist, which was quite reassuring during my stay.
More comfortable seating in common areas would help seniors.

Recommended for families with children
The staff were really attentive, especially when I arrived. One night, I was struggling with my luggage, and the front desk guy helped me right away. Plus, the little snack shop came in handy for late-night munchies, didn’t have to go far for some snacks!
Room rate was steep, but worth it for the convenience.
